Hear the Word of God and Profit

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (1 Timothy 4:15). I want to encourage you to take a moment right now and ask God to give you wisdom to guide you before you do anything else right now. Tell God that you want Him in your life like never before and that you are sorry for everything that prevents you from having a closer walk with Him. Ask for His forgiveness right now because he is faithful and just to forgive you of all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Do this now and you will instantly feel His love and presence like never before come all over you. Lift up the holy hand and make straight the feeble knees (Heb 12:2), enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise (Psalms 100:4) and expect Him to do mighty works this day in your life (Phil 2:13).

Again I say unto you, do not put it off another day. Begin this new walk with God today. This simply means to walk taller and wiser side by side in agreement with the Word of God (Amos 3:3) with Jesus and God's Love and favor looking out for you (Psalms 5:12). Trusting Him with all your heart, might, and strength for the joy of the Lord will be your strength (Neh 8:10). Give Him praise and may Christ not only dwell in your heart by faith, but I pray that you be rooted and firmly grounded in love (Eph 3:17) for God is Love (1 John 4:8).

Now here is some more good news. God has got a plan just for you and the time for that plan to come alive in your life is right now. You see, most Christians dearly love Jesus with all of their heart and yet they live a life here on planet earth far beneath their righteous privileges that Jesus provided (John 10:10) through His death, burial, and resurrection of the cross.

Yes, Jesus paid it all and by faith through grace we are no longer powerless and weak. Jesus has given us power and authority over all sickness, to cast out devils (Mark 15:17-18), and to live a healthy and prosperous life while on planet earth (3 John 2). We are not powerless at all, glory to God. We are more than conqueror through Him that loves us (Rom 8:37). Thanks be unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith (Heb 12:2).

Listen beloved, this is the real deal, the real Christian life that not only has the promise of the abundant life that now is, but that which is to come in paradise (1 Timothy 4:8), the hope of glory.

You see, the Word of God promises in James 4:7 that when you draw close to God, He will draw close to you. And, there is no better time to let God take an active role in your life than right now. But you must do something first, and it is totally up to you. Just like a fireplace cannot give heat until wood is put into the fireplace, neither can God get involved with your life, your job, your finances, your health, your family, your car, your house and all the other things that pertain to life and godliness until you ask Jesus to help you. Jesus said ask and you shall receive and He also says you receive not because you do not ask.
