Be consistent. Consistency is a sign of spiritual maturity. Jesus never changes, and His love toward us never changes. Therefore, our trust in Him should be consistent, and our testimony should be constant. We should praise Him on the mountain top and in the valley times as well, and in adversity, and whatever situation He places us. (Phil 4:4)

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (I Timothy 4:15).
