Anointed Profit for August 2015

Spirit Filled Training

Jesus said in John 8:32 that ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. The truth is that yes, living a godly life is extremely important in discovering God's perfect plan for your life. His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9), but it does not end there.

The New Testament goes on to say in Philippians 2:13, "For it is God which Worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure". How about that! His high thoughts are to do His will and His good pleasure in you. Remember that James 1:17 says that every good gift and every perfect gift cometh down from the father of lights above.

In the book of Hebrews, chapter 13, verse 8, we are told that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. God is looking for men and women who are willing and obedient so that He may bless them and cause them to eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19). As it says in 1 Timothy 6:17, God is looking for those who do not trust in uncertain riches but in the living God who giveth us richly all things to enjoy because we are to remember that it is the Lord that giveth us the power to get wealth to establish His covenant (Deut 8:18).

But this all comes by way of the key to the kingdom which begins with putting God first place in your life as recorded in Matthew chapter 6 and verse 33, where Jesus said "See ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness", and consider proverbs chapter 3 verses 5 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding, verse 6, in all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths."

The 2nd part of Matthew 6:33 concludes by saying "and then all these things shall be added unto you". God must be first place in everything in your life, for then thy shall make thy way prosperous and then thou shall have good success. That does not mean you have to abandon your life and go into the ministry. What is does mean is that you are to consider Jesus in all that you say and do.

Do not expect to eat the good of the land when your mind is dominated by the lusts of the flesh and the cares of the world. Feed on God's word if you want your thoughts and ways to be in line with God's thoughts and ways, for then you will have good success and prosper.

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (I Timothy 4:15).
