Grow in Grace

Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in the Lord. I want to share with you thoughts from the heart having been born again now 40+ years in Christ Jesus.

Over the past 12 months of my life in particular, too much has happened in our lives to be able to satisfactory explain to anyone our words and deeds in the flesh both good and evil, so I will not try. What I have done is ask God for His forgiveness and for His grace, mercy, and peace.

What I want to share with you today is far more important today than ever before in these closing days as we look forward to the soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ. What is more important you might ask is this, I have got the Joy of the Lord and I have put on the whole armor of God for those things that He has called and prepared me to do. I pray for you also and encourage you to grow in Christ and desire the sincere milk of His word that ye may grow thereby that you may know what is His good, acceptable, and perfect will for your life. He Loves You and wants you to grow in grace and enter into the joy of the Lord.

Here is what the Lord tells me in His word, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you”.  What things is He talking about; He is talking about those things that pertain to life and godliness in the right here and now on planet earth. Or some might say in the rotten here and now on planet earth.

In addition, our Father God sent to us the Holy Spirit which is the Teacher of the Church to instruct us in our walk with our Lord Jesus.

In the meantime, the closing of the church age is occurring right in front of our eyes. Generations have been waiting for this very time and we are the ones seeing it unfold all around us. There is no time for strife in the lives of members of the Body of Christ and especially between family members. Jesus gave us a new commandant, that we love one another as ourselves. This means forgiveness, acceptance, and loving each other to the core, just as Jesus Loves us for God is Love.

So, hear me when I say, I love you. I praise God continually that you and I have been delivered from the snare of the Devil. We are free from being used by the Devil. Jesus is our landlord and He has made us free from the law of sin and death and gave us keys to the kingdom of God. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. We Win through Jesus. I am thankful.

Remember, God is still on his throne and wishes above all things that you and I may prosper and be in health just as our soul prospers. Through the shed blood of Jesus and God’s holy righteousness we are made whole in the family of God and made more than conquerors through Him that loves us. We are blessed!

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (I Timothy 4:15).
