1. Receiving the Holy Ghost and Healing
Receive ye the Holy Ghost (John 20:22).
2. Let the Children First be Filled
Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it unto the dogs (Mark 7:27).
3. If a Man Thirst Let Him Come to Me and Drink
If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:37-38).
4. If Ye Love Me Keep My Commandments
If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; Even the Spirit of truth; who the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you (John 14:15-17).
5. Ask, Seek, Knock, and Receive That Your Joy May Be Full
Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full (John 16:24). And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you (Luke 11:9). If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? (Luke 11:13)
6. Tarry until Ye Be Endued with Power
And, behold, I send the promise of my Father unto you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high (Luke 24:49).
7. When the Comforter is Come Ye Shall Bear Witness
But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning (John 15:26-27).
Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (I Timothy 4:15).
