The Nature and Position of Angels

1.   Angels do not die
Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels (Luke 20:36).

2.   Angels do not marry
For in the resurrection they nether marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven (Matt 22:30).

3.   Angels are not omniscient
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only (Matt 24:36).

4.   Angels are organized into legions
Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? (Matt 26:53).

5.   Angels supremely interested in the conversion of sinners
Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth (Luke 15:10) Reference verse 7.

6.   Redeemed to be introduced to the angels
Also, I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God (Luke 12:8).

7.   Angels are attendants to Christ
When the Son of man shall come into his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory (Matt 25:31).

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (I Timothy 4:15).
